ORDERING A DNA TEST, PAYMENT, AND REFUND

To place a DNA test order on our website, you need to:

1. Choose the type of DNA test. Our specialists will help you – just call us or use the contact form.
2. Fill in the required fields in the order payment form:
   • DNA test cost *
   • Contact phone number *
   • Name
   • E-mail
   • Description of the DNA test

*- fields are mandatory

3. Make a payment via:

You can pay in cash to the courier or by credit card online

• via the WEBPAY system. All necessary payment system information is available at www.webpay.by.

The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection via a secure TLS protocol and confidentially receives your card data (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVC/CVC2 security code).

After making a payment by credit card, please keep the card receipts (payment confirmations) to match them with your card account statement (in case of disputes).

2. To pay for a “Product” / “Service” enter the Order number.
3. Enter the payment amount (if not pre-filled).

If you pay at a bank cashier desk, please inform the cashier that you wish to make a payment via the “RASCHET” (ERIP) system.

After receiving the payment, our specialist will contact you to discuss all details of the DNA test and answer any questions.

Delivery

The following delivery options are available to you:

• Delivery of self-sampling DNA kits to your door – free of charge.
• Delivery of DNA test results to your door – free of charge.
• Specialist home visit for sample collection – from 60 BYN.

To arrange a delivery, please contact us by phone or via the contact form. Specific conditions for your address will be confirmed by our specialist.

Refund

We provide refunds for services that were not rendered.

To request a refund, you need to:

1. Contact us via the contact form, online chat, or email info@dnk-lab.by and provide the following information:
   • Name of the DNA test *
   • Refund amount *
   • Contact phone number *
   • Your name *
   • Reason for refund *

2. We will review your request within 5 business days.
3. The funds will be returned to the payment details you used. If you paid by bank card, the refund will be made to the same card.
